Dr. Jean Pritchard, DVM, raises American Wagyu cattle on her family farm located in Melbourne Kentucky. Overlooking the Ohio River, cattle graze in beautiful Kentucky pastures.

Though Dr. Pritchard has raised cattle for many years, the decision to raise American Wagyu was one made in the last decade.

Wagyu cattle are known for their delicious meat quality and flavor. Slower growing than traditional beef cattle, Wagyu take longer to mature, allowing for intense fat marbling throughout the meat and a richer, higher quality product.
