Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb RiverHills Ground Wagyu

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • ⅓ cup water

  • 8–10 taco shells or small flour tortillas

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Shredded cheese

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Sour cream

  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the Wagyu
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground Wagyu and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.

  2. Add Seasoning
Drain excess grease if needed. Stir in the taco seasoning and ⅓ cup water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seasoning is well incorporated.

  3. Build Your Tacos
Warm your taco shells or tortillas. Fill each with the seasoned Wagyu and top with your favorite toppings.

  4. Serve & Enjoy!
Add a little salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor and enjoy while warm.

RiverHills Tip

Because Wagyu beef is naturally rich and flavorful, you don't need much added fat when cooking ground Wagyu. Let the beef brown well to bring out its delicious flavor!
